Shipping policy

Every Nativ Athlete piece is made to order for you. That means less waste, no overstock, and a little extra time before your order ships.

Processing time

Orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

If your order includes several items, they may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You'll receive tracking for each one.

United States shipping

• Standard shipping: FREE on orders of $70 or more. $8 flat rate on orders under $70. Typically arrives 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Express shipping: $15 flat rate. Typically arrives 2–4 business days after shipping.

Delivery estimates start once your order ships and aren't guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and peak seasons can add time.

International shipping

We ship to select countries, including Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and much of Europe. Rates are calculated at checkout. International orders typically arrive 7–20 business days after shipping.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because each piece is made to order, we can only change an address within 12 hours of placing your order. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
